Question 1

What is Repair Hub Pro?

Accepted Answer

It is an operations-management platform for repair businesses. It tracks the work between intake and pickup: repair tickets, customers, quotes, field service jobs, scheduling, parts, technician time and operational reporting.

Question 2

Is Repair Hub Pro a point of sale?

Accepted Answer

No. Repair Hub Pro does not ring up sales, take card payments, issue invoices or keep your books. Shops keep using their existing POS or terminal for money movement and use Repair Hub Pro to run the work.

Question 3

Does it process payments or track accounts receivable?

Accepted Answer

No. There is no payment processing and no accounts-receivable ledger. Tickets record what you plan to charge and a final cost so you can measure completed work, but the actual transaction happens in your POS.

Question 4

Is there a free trial?

Accepted Answer

There is no free trial. Demo mode is free and requires no credit card — you can explore every screen with sample data before subscribing.

Question 5

How much does it cost?

Accepted Answer

One plan: Premium is $29.99 per month with everything included — unlimited users, unlimited tickets and customers, advanced reporting with CSV export, feedback collection and diagnostic report PDFs. No setup fees.

Question 6

Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Subscriptions are month to month. Cancel from your Account page and you keep access through the end of the current billing period.

Question 7

Do I own my data?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your customer, ticket and quote records belong to you, and Premium includes CSV export from reports and timesheets.

Question 8

Is my data secure?

Accepted Answer

Data is encrypted in transit over HTTPS and at rest, and every table is scoped per shop with row-level security so another shop cannot read your records.

Question 9

Does it work on mobile?

Accepted Answer

Yes. It is a responsive web app that runs in the browser on phones, tablets and desktops. There is no app to install; you can add it to your home screen.

Question 10

Can several technicians use it at once?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The single Premium plan includes unlimited users. Technicians can switch users on a shared workstation with a PIN, and every ticket change is attributed to a person.

Question 11

How does inventory work?

Accepted Answer

You can log stocked parts and serialized units with cost, price, quantity on hand and bin location. Movements record receipts, adjustments and the jobs that consumed a part. It is parts tracking, not purchase-order or supplier management.

Question 12

What do the reports actually measure?

Accepted Answer

Operational reports cover jobs intaken and completed, median turnaround, completed work value, service mix and job economics — what you planned to charge against technician hours and parts cost. They are not financial statements and are not a substitute for accounting.

Question 13

What is the KPI scoreboard?

Accepted Answer

A wall-display view showing today, month to date and year to date against goals you set. Enter an annual goal and it breaks down to monthly and daily targets, and it can run in TV mode on a shop screen.

Question 14

Does it print repair tickets and labels?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Tickets have printable views with your logo and business details for intake sheets, work orders and customer copies, including a 58 x 30 mm label format for tagging devices.

Question 15

Do you support on-site field service work?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Field service tickets carry the service address, city and state, scheduled date and time, assigned technician, work performed, follow-up appointments and a customer summary PDF.

Question 16

How do quotes work?

Accepted Answer

You build a quote from parts, labor hours and flat-rate services, generate a PDF and share a secure approval link. When the customer approves, the quoted items flow into the work checklist on the ticket.

Question 17

Does it post reviews to Google for me?

Accepted Answer

No. You send a feedback request tied to a finished ticket. Ratings of three or less open a private comment box that only you see; ratings of four or five point the customer to the review link you configure. Nothing is posted on your behalf.

Question 18

Can customers check their repair status?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Each shop has a public status page where a customer can look up their ticket, and a public check-in page for intake. Both carry your shop branding.

Question 19

Does it track technician hours?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Employees clock in and out from a shared punch board with their PIN, and owners get timesheets filtered by date, employee and status, with totals and CSV export.

Question 20

Can I control who sees what?

Accepted Answer

Yes. In Account settings you choose which pages — reports, KPI board, inventory, account and others — require an employee PIN to open.

Question 21

Can I import my existing customers?

Accepted Answer

Contact support and we can help you bring customers over from a spreadsheet.

Question 22

Does it integrate with QuickBooks or other accounting tools?

Accepted Answer

No. There is no accounting integration today. Reports and timesheets export to CSV, which is what most shops hand to their bookkeeper.

Question 23

Do you offer support?

Accepted Answer

Every plan includes email support and the in-app assistant that answers questions about using the platform.
