This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Never Ending Vision LLC ("we," "our," or "us") for the software product known as Repair Hub Pro ("Software"). By installing, accessing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Never Ending Vision LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Software for your internal business operations during the term of your subscription.
This license is for the authorized number of users associated with your account. Each user account may only be used by one person. Sharing credentials or allowing concurrent access beyond your licensed limits is prohibited.

The Software and all intellectual property rights therein are and shall remain the exclusive property of Never Ending Vision LLC and its licensors. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Never Ending Vision LLC.
You retain ownership of any data you enter into the Software. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and back up that data as necessary to provide and maintain the Software. We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Use of the Software is governed by the subscription terms selected at signup. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access. You are responsible for all applicable taxes except taxes based on our net income.
This Agreement remains in effect until terminated. You may terminate by canceling your subscription and ceasing all use of the Software. We may terminate or suspend this Agreement immediately if you breach any term or fail to make payment. Upon termination, you must cease all use and your access to the Software will end.
The Software is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Never Ending Vision LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or the Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Software in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to liability.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Never Ending Vision LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of your use of the Software or your violation of this Agreement.
We may update this Agreement from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the Software or by email. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Never Ending Vision LLC operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
