Repair Hub Pro

    About

Built in a repair shop, for repair shops

Repair Hub Pro started as an internal tool for a working repair business that could not find software matching how the work really moves. It is still developed the same way: in a shop, against real jobs.

    Origin

    How it started

The shop it was built for tracked repairs the way most shops do: a whiteboard, a spreadsheet, sticky notes on devices and a lot of memory. Jobs stalled between phases because nobody could see them. A customer would call about a device and it would take three people to answer.

The available software mostly wanted to be a point of sale first. That was the part the shop already had covered. What was missing was the middle of the job — the diagnosis, the quote waiting on approval, the part on order, the device sitting finished but unclaimed on a shelf.

So the tool was written for that middle. Ticket phases you can drag. Quotes the customer can approve from a link. Field service jobs with an address and a scheduled window. A scoreboard on the wall showing where the month stands. Each piece got added because a real job needed it, and it stayed only if it held up on the bench.

Repair Hub Pro is used by a small number of shops today. We would rather say that plainly than invent a customer count. If you run a repair business, demo mode is free — see what it covers and judge it against your own workflow.

    Principles

    What we hold to

The rules the product is built against.

    Operations, not accounting

Repair Hub Pro tracks the work between intake and pickup. It is not a point of sale and it does not process payments, issue invoices or keep your books — your existing terminal already does that.

    Built around the bench

Every screen follows how a job actually moves: intake, diagnosis, quote, approval, work, pickup. Features get added because a real job needed them, not to lengthen a feature list.

    No invented numbers

Reports show what the shop recorded — jobs, turnaround, completed work value, technician hours, parts cost. Nothing is estimated on your behalf and presented as fact.

    Your data stays yours

Records are scoped per shop with row-level security, encrypted in transit and at rest, and exportable to CSV on Premium.
